You have 11 API keys memorised, some of them are probably useless, can use the API_KEY.py tool or the Front end to clean them

How to get rid of these (You have 11 API keys memorised, some of them are probably useless, can use the API_KEY.py tool or the Front end to clean them) messages in Domoticz?

It drives me crazy!

Thanks…

You should ask the Domoticz folks, deconz doesn’t have anything like that.

Yep, it s a domoticz error message.
You can just ignore it, or delete the useless api key in domoticz / custom / deconz / tools / Clean api key list.

To prevent that, bookmark the phoscon page after the login (it s the login procedure that generate a new api key)

Thanks… but how do i bookmark that page from inside domoticz?

It s not domoticz that provoke that ^^. Domoticz don’t create API key, you need to create one at startup yourself (and you already have do that if I m right)
It’s the login procedure on phoscon (on the browser), if you bookmark the page after, you can access to phoscon without login (only 1 time to generate the cookie), it s the workaround I m using on my side.

But this message is just an information, you can ignore it, deconz can work even you have 200 api key in the database.

I changed the script and removed the line with that message, okay now.

You can too use the clean feature to remove all useless entries, you just have a button to press.

That button is not working anymore…
Since last updates (domoticz) i’m getting a lot of zigbee errors as wel like “unknown device/group” while there is no device at all that is not working/not seen…
error that we seen is: “Zigbee: Websocket error, unknown device > 65520 (groups)”
also when looking at the conbee config (in domoticz) i see a lot of older stuff that is not used anymore, i think this have to do with these errors:

but i don’t find out the way to delete this config to start empty again…

Ha Hue essential make useless key too ?
Can try this code to remove them too Update deCONZ.js · Smanar/Domoticz-deCONZ@15ce6f7 · GitHub
The button will remove too key like “Hue Essentials#SM-G986B” but not the “domoticz_deconz”

i’m getting a lot of zigbee errors as wel like “unknown device/group” while there is no device at all that is not working/not seen

Can you be more explicit ? Do you have the full error message ? to know if its from domoticz, the plugin or deconz ?

its inside domoticz, every day a couple errors… :frowning:
Zigbee: Websocket error, unknown device > 65520 (groups)

Let me try… give me a sec

Nah… still there?

So this is a plugin issue, can use plugin github or domoticz forum.
But you can have this error 1 time every time the plugin restart.
It’s the hidden group, so the plugin can’t guess it when it start, but when it detect it in websocket, it make a request to retreive information and add it in the plugin.

So on normal way you have this error only 1 time

Try to clear cache after the JS code edition, on my side I haven’t hue essential, but it have worked for other key.

the error is coming in when activating every scene / switch in zigbee from domoticz…

can i remove that “hidden” group?
why is it for? i do not need any hidden group?
also, i cannot clean the api keys anymore…
at every reboot of domoticz its counting a new api key? :frowning:
2022-07-08 20:35:33.223 Status: Zigbee: You have 68 API keys memorised, some of them are probably useless, can use the API_KEY.py tool or the Front end to clean them
front end cleaning is not working…

I will make a test tommorow, not logic you have it more than 1 time.

To reproduce it, I just need to create a domoticz scene or a deconz scene (using phoscon) ?

Nope, this group is the “all device” group, not deletable.
Nope, domoticz always use the same key, the one called “domoticz”, I need to check where are from the one called “domoticz_deconz”, probably the front end, but I haven’t them on my side, I need to check what you are doing differently.

Can you check the “dev tools panel” when using this button to check JS error on the browser ?

@BarryT I have made some tries.

  • The “domoticz_deconz” entry key key are created when you generate a new api key using the front end
  • For the websocker error, its not because you have blocked the new device addition in domoticz ? Else if you can share some logs with “debug info only” enabled in the plugin
  • Still no explanation why the “clean button” don’t work for you. I need too JS browser error. This link is working for you https://phoscon.de/discover ?

If you have problem, tell me your browser I will explain how to do, but if you have access on them, pls use one domoticz forum or the plugin gthub.

It does not working, gives only a [] as output?

I will share some debug, hold on…
i have disabled info, so only status and errors are seen.

Ofcourse, after some testing in debugging mode no errors are seen… :stuck_out_tongue:
Will reply as soon there is something changing.
The only thing it keep saying at the moment is: “Status: Zigbee: ### Device GROUP_All(Zigbee - All) Not in deCONZ ATM, the device is deleted or not ready.”
It doesnt matter if i add the device, this message keeps coming.
