Hello,
for the 2nd time I have lost (out of nowhere) half of my devices. I have RPI with conbeen3.
latest FW
latest deconz/phoscon
All lights remained, but buttons, temp/humi sensors, door sensors are gone. After repairing the start again.
any ideas what to check? I tried to change zigbee channel just out of curiosity and the lights stayed connected.
Hey. When it happened first time there was no outage it just happened (about 2-3 months ago). Today I shutdown via “sudo halt” took out SD card made a backup to img file, put it back and start rpi.
So yes it “can” be called power outage.
How ever in past 5 years before the.incident I had ZERO issues even after power outage (happens many many times).
some of them are disconnected… just now I was re-adding some other switches and 1 gledopto light and in a meanwhile 2 switches (xiaomi round button) disappeared from the Phoscon GUI
this is getting nuts heh. I am tempted to take RPI4b which is in a shelf and re-do everything from scratch I am just worried about restoring a back from phoscon and nodered not to endup in same shift after 2-4 hours of work.
Ha ? so the problem is not from zigbee side for me, even is a device leave the zigbee network it need to stay on the GUI.
So probably a problem on the OS/Host.
On the GUI can take a look on help/debug view with flags “error” “error_l2” “info” “info_l2”
This smells like You have the same problem as I encountered.
see frozen sensors.
I also have reinstalled all the sensors multiple times with the same result (working for days/weeks/months and then suddenly it’s lost). But in fact it’s not really lost (in my case). The problem is that the data is not transfered anymore to Phoscon (and therefor home assistant).
You can check this :
in deCONZ (deCONZ application), when I click on the ‘+’ of the contact and then click on ‘on/off’, I can see the state changing in ‘cluster info’ in attribute ‘on/off’ (from false to true or vice versa) whenever I open/close the doorsensor.
I solved my problem by buying an SMLIGHT SLZB-06M.
After a month of working with this adapter, all my devices are still connected and working.
The setup took me some time, but once setup and working, it is worth the change (for me).
SLZB just arrived this morning. And I am moving to MQTT and saying BYE to fuc*ing Dresent Electronics. Bunch of retarads, never replying to any emails. worst company ever. Conbee2 they fucked up a latest FW, so even they recommend not to update.
ridiculous, after I am done I will flood linkedin/facebook everywhere with worst review ever to stay away from this shit.
