Hi!
I’m using an FLS-M to control two CCT RGB strips via Zigbee in one fixture.
To reduce load on the network, I want to control both strips as part of a zigbee group.
I also want to use scenes.
I use zigbee2mqtt for zigbee interaction.
I keep having problems when using scenes and groups, though:
- Both endpoints seem to have their own scenes cluster. This makes handling scenes slightly unwieldly (at leat in zigbee2mqtt) but it can be worked around
- I can add both endpoints to a group. Toggling state and brightness works for the group a expected. However setting color_temp will always only change the color_temp of one of the two endpoints (the one that was first added to the group)
More context can be found here: Light with two endpoints: Only one endpoint answers to color_temp · Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt · Discussion #30237 · GitHub
