I have a lot of sensor and plugs paired with my ConBeeIII connected to a RaspberryPi. This worked fine until today. Out of the blue all my devices are “not reachable”. I didn´t change anything and I am not aware off any automatic update. I hoped on an automatic recovery and waited for about 6 hours.
I see the “not reachable” in the phoscon app.
I switched the RaspberryPI off, completely removed it from power, and waited about 10 minutes and switched it on again. That did not help.
I have a lot of copies of the zll.db (taken automatic every day) Using the version of yesterday didn´t solve the issue.
The ConBeeIII gives the yellow and blue lights si it does something
Hello, taking a look in logs ?
Try the conbee on another machine, a PC ?
Too few chance the conbee is broken
Using an old version of zll.db is not the same thing than using a zigbee backup made with phoscon, the zll.db file don’t contain zigbee network configuration.
Then most of my sensors and plugs reappeared. I found out several battery power sensors didn´t appear but there battery where low. (Probably because they tried to connect days long.) After replacing they batteries the reappeared also.
So my conclusion it is something with my first ConBeeIII. If there is still anything to bring it back to live or is worth investigating, I am happy to try things.
I can’t access to your log file, can you use classic site like pastebin ?
Without backup restoration ?
The replacement Conbe3 have already worked ? Because like I have said before, there is network setting on the device like the key or the mac adress, if the second conbee don’t have same , it can’t work.
So you have a working backup ? It’s a good new.
Restore it on the not working device don’t work ?
On your logs, nothing special yet for me but you have lot of line like this one ?
21:57:20:137 node 0x00212EFFFF0DB96B leave wait state
I don’t thing it’s connexion issue as you haven’t changed something, but can be a network issue.
You have enabled the flag “error” and “error_l2” ?
Nothing in logs when tried to re-include your plug ?
I haven’t asked what was your version, but you can try a firmware update.

It was the backup from the not working device. I can try what happens if I restore it on the not working device, which is the same device as where the backup is taken from.
Does it say anything to you?
Sorry I didn´t enable the log during this try. I won’t be able to do any test the next 14 days. I will report back in 14 days
Yes, but as far as I can see this is the latest firmware version.
A device can decide to leave the network (and rejoin imediatly after, but if you have all device making that and not rejoin, it’s worrying.
The problem is this line is from the last lines of your logs.
Some users have solved their problem with re-installing the firmware, but I doubt it will change anything
