Trying to flash the stick results in this.
Can I fix it myself somehow, or does it also need to be replaced?
Unfortunately, the stick has to be replaced. Can you please send us the serial number from the box via PM and have the stick exchanged via your distributor. Alternatively, you can also send it to us in Dresden for replacement.
Is the serial number only located on the box? I don’t believe I have the box anymore.
It should also be displayed in the system. But it is best to stop using the stick now so that the error remains traceable. Perhaps you can put a sticker on the ConBee with the label “FTDI bug”.
