Conbee Disconnecting

Hello, I have the problem that my Conbee 2 is always deactivated and then is not recognized by deconz for about 30-90 minutes before it is automatically detected again.

Environment:
Raspberry Pi 4 with “Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)”. All packages are up to date.
deconz version 2.17.01 / 1.7.2022 (docker container).
Conbee 2 Firmware: 26780700
No usb extension. I’ve tried several USB ports, always the same problem.

cat docker-compose.yml

The Conbee 2 stick becomes active automatically after some time without any manual interaction.
When I remove the stick from the Raspi and plug it back in, it is immediately recognized by deconz again. Same after restarting the whole Pi.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to avoid these regular outages?
THANKS for your support!

Created a new topic as it is slightly different.

Can you please provide deconz logs? You can find out how to make them in #deconz

Post them in pastebin please.

Thanks for opening the new topic.
I’ve posted the logs here: deconz_ß1 - Pastebin.com

Your network config seems broken.

In deCONZ, click “leave” on the top (in green)
Under “Edit” - open Network Settings
Under TC Adress, put 0x00212EFFFF07386D
Under APS Ext Pan ID use 0x0000000000000000

Click “Save” and “done”

Where you clicked “leave” click “join”.

See what happens now.

Did you, by any chance, have Zigbee Home Automation or Zigbee2Mqtt running before?

Ok thanks, seems to work for now. I’ll keep watching it.

Good guess, I had Zigbee2Mqtt running about one year ago. But not on this Pi and only with some of the connected items.

That might be the reason the network settings changed.

keep me posted

Since the configuration change yesterday there has not been a single abort, so looks very good so far. Thanks for the support!
