I have several Tuya 6-gang switches, and I am having trouble pairing them to a Raspberry zigbee stick (which works perfectly with many other Zigbee gadgets. How can I get them to pair? The instruction say to keep the reset button up for 5 seconds, and then the LED would flash (which it does), but the raspberry (Phoscon/deConz software) does not pair to the switch.
Does it perhaps show up in deconz with a hex name ?
It seems to me that it doesn’t pair. The deconz stays active for 3 minutes and then drops out without having recognized the new switch.

deCONZ is the Gui.
