Upgrade deConz stopped working deConz: *ERROR* Failed to allocate from GEM DMA helper

I did run the upgrade of deConz this morning but as of that the system broke.
Pi3B using a Conbee III adapter
Did restart after the upgrade:

But as soon as starting it fails to start on starts sending errors:

Help to get this resolved is welcome…

I finally succeeded to start deConz, but only without gui .. so kind of blind.

>> sudo systemctl start deconz
Starting this way deConz mentions only several:
This plugin does not support propagateSizeHints()
Interface to my H.A. is running anyway, so my Zigbee network is at least in running state.

As soon as I start deconz-gui the DMA errors are starting again.
Before the upgrade never noticed this error. gui was running fine.

Is there any reason I should move over to use the package deConz-qt6 ?
As i’m running “Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)” on my Pi3b

Getting the errror to AI it recommands to add to config:
# Allocate more memory for the GPU
gpu_mem=256 # or higher if needed

After adding GPU_MEM=512
issue of errors on the DMA is gone, but still no luck (except running without gui…)

Deconz gui still does not start. It’s looping / restarting.
what is missing in this gui that it broke in this upgrade ?
