Unable to Control Devices After Power Outage - Need Help with Reconfiguration

After a power outage, I am unable to control any of my peripheral devices. I tried resetting everything to factory settings and attempted to reconfigure them, but unfortunately, that didn’t work either. I’m using the Community Docker on UNRAID. Does anyone have any idea or suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hello, Install deconz on another host (real OS, not docker), and use the same database to check if it’s not from the host.

Response:

First of all, I installed a firmware update and then tried it on a Windows 10 OS, and it worked. But why doesn’t it work with Docker? Could it be that I didn’t fully remove everything with the “Remove” function, leaving some settings behind that are preventing the pairing? I would prefer to continue using it through Docker.

If it work on a machine and not another with the same database, the probleme is from the host (some hardware are better but if you use usb 2.0 and USB extension …), not from the software.

And I m not engineer so I never use docker on my side, sorry.

English Translation:

I solved the problem. The power outage affected some system files on UNRAID, which prevented the pairing through the Deconz software. I followed the instructions described here {Kernel Panic - General Support - Unraid} and now everything is working again.
