Unable to add sensors

Hi

I just installed the ConBee III on my Raspberry PI. Everything works fine also added in Homebridge. But I’m not able to add sensors (Sonoff SNZB-04 and Aqara water sensor). I tried it more than 20 times, no way. As tried it again with the iPhone app I was able to finde the Aqara. But after a few minutes, the status was “not connected” and after this, I was not able to add again. I also changed to all four ZigBee Channels and switched off the wifi to avoid interference signals. Also the newest firmware (Gateway Version 2.26.3, Firmware 264E0900) is installed.

Can everybody help with some ideas?

Hello, can you try with the last firmware for conbee 3 ? (0x26500900)

Are you using USB extension cable ?

This was the solution, thank you very much. Installed the new firmware and now I was able to add both sensor. Thank you.
