Subject: DDF needed for Shenzhen Yihong Lighting zgb-4in1-1 mmWave 4-in-1 sensor

Hi, I’m trying to integrate a Zigbee 4-in-1 mmWave sensor:

  • Product: zgb-4in1-1
  • Manufacturer: Shenzhen Yihong Lighting Co., Ltd
  • MAC: a4:c1:38:de:5f:37:94:aa
  • modelId: TS0601 (seen in logs)
  • Clusters: 0x0000, 0xEF00, 0xED00, 0x000A

The device joins the network but deCONZ can’t read its manufacturerName (device goes to passive state too fast). Does anyone know the manufacturerName for this device, or have a DDF for it? Thanks

Hello, you can wake up the device with pressing shortly the button in same time you ask for attributes.

Thank you Smanar, but the device enters passive state immediately after joining because deCONZ cannot find a matching DDF. Do you know the exact manufacturerName (ZCL attribute 0x0004) of this device? I can see modelId is TS0601 but I cannot read the manufacturerName before the device sleeps. I saw a very similar sensor with same size and capabilities and tried to create a DDF with these attributes. : DDF manufacturername: _TZE200_uli8wasj DDF product: zgb-4in1-1 Motion/Temp/Hum/Lux DDF loaded 15 raw JSON DDFs, but It seems the Manufacturername is not the good one.

Not possible, it’s tuya, even if you buy 3 device on same brand at same time, you can have 3 device visualy same but with different firmware.

The DDF have nothing to see with zigbee inclusion.

A device can be included in zigbee network, so it will be visible on deconz, you can use the GUI to make action on it.

Without DDF it will be not visible on the API, but it haven’t impact on deconz.

Try to wake up the device after the inclusion, just press the button “read” on the GUI in same time you press shortly the button on the device.

Ok. I recently reinstalled my setup from Debian 10 to Trixie and docker for deconz. I am not currently able to run deconz-gui on my VNC terminal but it is the first thing I need to do to try the wakeup !

I see the device on deconz, “device announce 0xA4C138DE5F3794AA” .
15:55:51:688 device announce 0xA4C138DE5F3794AA (0xADD7) mac capabilities 0x80

I will try it . Thank

You can install deconz on a complete OS, switch the conbee 10mn for test, and switch again the conbee on the production machine.
