Struggling with once working ewelink plugs

Hello,

I have 3 of these plugs and Conbee II. I once had them working for a day but now I’m pulling my hair out.

I have the latest ConbeeII firmware and latest deconz (followed instructions to get rid of old settings) and been around to reset all the devices (hold the power button) The devices show up but with a red dot and no “actions” or links

I’d be grateful for any pointers, thanks!

Changed the channel from 20 to 25 and they started working :man_shrugging:

Hi, which deCONZ and firmware versions are you using?
This is shown in “Help → About deCONZ”

The devices don’t seem to be paired fully. If they are already in the Zigbee network you can start the light search in the Phoscon App and power cycle the plugs after that they should be queried quickly.
