Request for D-Link sensors DCH-B122 & DCH-B112 be added

Hi,
I have some of the above D-Link sensors and these have previously been requested on issues 4575 & 4576, that are now closed. (?)

Any chance these can be added to the new build?

Moved this to phoscon as initial device support is already there, but apparently (as @NW27 notes) they do not show in the phoscon app.
