Hi!
Note, I had a fully working setup in the past.
I am stuck trying to get my Bosch Thermostat connected again.
I am able to retrieve a mmohash for the device (it requires paring with an install code)
But no matter what I try, I am unable to pair it via the Phoscon web interface. It just doesn’t show up.
I went as far as:
purging deconz from my rpi (restored settings using the backup option)
This thermostat used to work just fine.
I am on v2.29.0-beta
Any suggestions how to properly pair the thermostat? Or how to move on from here?
Best
Flo
Try downgrading Phoscon to version 2.28.01
sudo systemctl stop deconz
sudo wget https://deconz.dresden-elektronik.de/debian/beta/deconz_2.28.1-debian-buster-beta_arm64.deb
sudo dpkg -i deconz_2.28.1-debian-buster-beta_arm64.deb
sudo rm deconz_2.28.1-debian-buster-beta_arm64.deb
Than try again to add your device.
Greetings form Bielefeld
Thanks for the advice.
Downgraded (raspian image thought) to 2.28.1). Still no success unfortunately.
One thing the debug log shows is:
21:28:04:983 neighbor THEDEVICEMAC is unknown child
21:28:51:709 CTRL skip creating node THEDEVICEMAC while permit join is disabled

Hu ?
Your last message mean you are not in permit join ? (so new entries in API are blocked)
You have not open more than 1 Phoscon web page on browser ?
@Smanar many thanks. It was unrelated to the Log that i porvided. I purged the entire configuration and did not restore via backup, but manually reset everything. After several attempts I was, by coincidence, able to joint the thermostat.
