I believe the auto update might be at cause. They reboot on updates and that causes other devices to get disconnected probably.
I am happy with deconz+phoscon and the (device)- support. I switched to zha to test if there is a problem with the firmware, signal strength, or software. Because the logs I provided wasn’t pointing on a software bug or something like that according what the devs said. All I can do is testing and logging.

Yes I had these options on and there should have been at least two device disconnected during this log.
It‘s hard to time, it seems when ever I start the log and wait for devices to disconnect, everything works fine
I might try switching to ZHA aswell.
Also just ordered the skyconnect dongle to see if it works better then the Conbee
