I have a puck relay (Tuya, TS0121 by _TZ3000_eyzb8yg3) that turns itself off once or twice a week. I’m looking for some starting points to identify the problem.
Setup: home assistant on rpi4, conbee2, firmware on stick 26720700.
Device is reachable, and I can just turn it on again. The logbook in Home Assistant is not very helpful, and I wonder if it’s possible to enable more logging on the device?
Using deconz log can be more usefull, but not easier to understand deCONZ command line parameters · dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin Wiki · GitHub
And there is no filter, so if you have lot of device will be hard to catch a rare event.
I don’t think 2 time in a week can come from a setting issue (the tuya unlock sequence for exemple)
And I don’t found this device on other project to see if they have the same issue.
It’s not something contant ? (same period before the off state ?)
The Puck Relay has a built-in overload protection and fuse
Automatic ? try with a different engine after the plug.
