“By the API” mean direclty by the API used by third app (as phoscon), you can see raw data using a web browser in Phoscon by help/API Information/light.

Just check if you have the device or not, don’t see it in phoscon don’t mean it’s not in the API.

Phoscon is just a third app like Home Assistant or jeedom, you can have a device in deconz but not in the API, and you can have a device in the API but not in Phoscon.
It’s for that I m asking to check.
If you haven’t the node in deconz > bad inclusion
If you have it in the API but not phoscon, it’s normal.
