it is a new (square) version

  • where you able to bind devices on the Hue Bridge before?

Yes, no problem. Also this problem bulb bind’s fine

  • same question for our Gateway

Yes I have a lot of devices on my Conbee II, and it is very stable.

  • was the bulb on when you delete it in the Hue App?

Yes

  • did the bulb starting to flash after deleting?

Yes shortly. If I delete it using touch link it blink more times.

Which version of deCONZ and which firmware version do you use? Can you please check that in the gateway settings page of the phoscon app.

And have you accesst to the deCONZ GUI that runs on the Raspberry Pi or PC ?

on the Phoscon App it says:

Firmware 266B0700

If -using VNC - I try to start deCONZ from the menu /Programming/deCONZ absolutely nothing happens. (Inever tried to use this before)

Perhaps deCONZ is running in headless mode.

Ok but I also recently had problems pairing a hue dimmer switch with this deCONZ version and another - but also old - firmware version.

I would recommend update deCONZ to 2.12.06 and the firmware to 267207000

I would recommend to make a backup in the phoscon app first.

Updating the firmware fixed the problem. Thanks.
