Hi! I Hope this is the correct place for this kind of thread…
Im using a temp sensor from Aqara . It works great to pair it with the conbee2… and it works great for about a day. Then it just stops updating. Now at the time of writing this. The last update time was 7 hours ago.
I have tried deleting the sensor and reconnecting it again. Then it works for a day or so before it stops working.
Has anybody been able to solve this? Or kmow of any better temp sensor that works better?
Hello what is the battery level ? For Aqara/Xiaomi 70% mean battery empty.
Others devices are working ?
What is the reacheable state ? is it grayed on Phoscon ? The device can have disconnect.
If you have the problem on all device, there is a bigger issue here Sensor status stops working after a short time - #16 by Smanar
If you have the GUI take a look on the node title (grayed or not) and his router, Xioami/Aqara can have router issue with some brand.

The sensors are brand new, less than a week old. They reported 100% vs 98%.
All 3 sensors behaves the same. The plugs and lights works well though.
In phoscon they show as black so they seem to be available.

So it’s strange, If I m right without report in 24h they are marked as “unreachable”.
So if you have them in black in phoscon, it mean something happenend.
Can you check direclty the API using Phoscon/help/API Information/sensors, you will see a lastseen and a lastupdated.
You haven’t access to the GUI to see connection ? if you put the sensor closest the gateway (with new inclusion), same result ? (to test connections issues)

You are using the USB extension ? Can be just a connection issue.
Yes, I use a usb cable adapter a 1 meter one.
I tried with one in the same room as the adapter and it also failed after x hours
One addition to this.
Yesterday evening I deleted one of the temp sensors and readded it… which made it start working again. (It usually works for a while) but this morning I realized that the Ikea tradfri lights now stopped working instead…
Does this provide a hint to anybody?
No sorry, realy need somes logs or a network capture from the GUI at least.
