I am accessing home assistant via reverse proxy. Everything was working just a few days ago - all of hass pages are accessible, Deconz page is accessible. When trying to access anything from the “Devices” menu - Lights, Switches, Sensor - I always get: The webpage at https://hostname/api/hassio_ingress/someid/pwa/devices-lights.html?_v=uuid,3,2,22&gwid=someid might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Go to deCONZ plugin in hass
Click on ‘Phoscon’
Click on hamburger menu: Devices->Lights

No idea. You can’t go to their office and force the face to the screen . Other than tagging, you can’t do anything. Dresden has no obligations to you as your stick works fine. The software just doesnt work with a proxy in your case. Wondering if this is a feature request rather than a bug.
Hi, just for information. I host deCONZ on a Raspberry Pi 3 and reading this post I wondered if it would work with the reverse proxy on my Synology NAS.
It works fine with an internet explorer, but it doesn’t work with the Android app as it only accepts an IPV4 address to connect.
I confirm.
It doesn’t work from the Android smartphone app. On the other hand, I can access with the reverse proxy from a web browser with my smartphone.
The Android app would simply have to accept https domain names.
We already fixed a problem with the HA ingress URL. Generally for the Phoscon web app. I didn’t know this problem still existed for the Android app. So I’ll check this out with our Android dev.
Edit: So yes I can also confirm that the browser app works fine with the deCONZ Addon version 6.25.0 and probably some versions before.
