Phoscon ui is not accessible via reverse proxy

As described here: After update using reverse proxy sensors page is not reachable · Issue #6862 · dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin · GitHub

Describe the bug

I am accessing home assistant via reverse proxy. Everything was working just a few days ago - all of hass pages are accessible, Deconz page is accessible. When trying to access anything from the “Devices” menu - Lights, Switches, Sensor - I always get:
The webpage at https://hostname/api/hassio_ingress/someid/pwa/devices-lights.html?_v=uuid,3,2,22&gwid=someid might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

  1. Go to deCONZ plugin in hass
  2. Click on ‘Phoscon’
  3. Click on hamburger menu: Devices->Lights
  4. Observed error

Expected behavior

Devices get shown

Can you please put some effort in the post? Just linking is very inconvenient.

I did put effort into the bug ticket, but it was closed.

Yes, because it was not the correct place.

Nevertheless, it’s fine now.

Started googling issue with phoscon and reverse proxy and this thread popped out. Any plan to fix that?

No updates?

@de_employees

Just 3 months till deconz support completely ignoring customer issues for 2 years!

I will get a cake for sure. But not for @de_employees

I understand your upset, but this is not the way to get attention to your issue.

Good to know. What is the way to get the attention needed then?

No idea. You can’t go to their office and force the face to the screen . Other than tagging, you can’t do anything. Dresden has no obligations to you as your stick works fine. The software just doesnt work with a proxy in your case. Wondering if this is a feature request rather than a bug.
