Phoscon FLS CT Ip - Change "StartUp OnOff" 0x4003 behaviour

Hi,

I just commissioned a Phoscon LED controller and would like to change its power on behaviour. However, in deCONZ it is grayed out after pushing “read”. Is 0x4003not supported by the device?
