Hi,
I new to phoscon and have already 3 bulbs connected 
When i deleted the bulb 4 in the hue app and tried to connect it to phoscon the bulb
starts blinking fast. I have seen the bulb in deconz but it didnt get connected (no lines to other bulbs or gateway) The bulb was continious flashing. Then I deleted it again in deconz and now i can´t connect it to anything (hue or deconz)
I have no dimmerswitch or alexe echo to reset the bulb.
Any Ideas ?

You can add the bulb to the hue bridge using the code on the side, right?
No I cant connect with the serial …
