"Permit Joint" option missing (2.16.1)

Hey all,

since one of my Fyrtur blinds doesn’t work again I wanted to reinsert the battary and open the network.
Now I realised that the permit join setting is not there anymore ( on V 2.16.1).
Did it got moved or removed? If so how can I get to the same function again?

It’s already added. In the past I opend it and did a power cycle to make it work again. Is adding dooing the same thing?
