OTAU don't start

Does anyone have experience with otau for a TRADFRI on/off E1734 in version 2.25.3 (ConBee II on macOS) ? The update does not start for me. I see the following in the log:

Hi,

Sometimes it helps by clicking the device buttons while starting the otau. Switches often go to sleep to save battery.

Be prepared it could take a few hours and the battery might go empty.

It’s normal you have 2 folders used for OTA ?

Thank you for your help, the download was started with this action. But it was a bit tricky. It was necessary to press a button on the switch and a very short time later the update button in deCONZ.

I created both directorys during my tests, because I got some messages in the log like this:
