Option to disable neighbor links display in config

I have a lot of devices and LQI drawing takes a significant time where it basically saturates one cpu core. A significant part of that is the update and drawing of the neighbor links in deconz. I know i can disable it in the UI but after a restart the setting is enabled again.

Please add a config option to disable this - ideally persist the state via the deconz UI button to the config

I’ve put it on the list, it’s indeed a worthy option to be persistent.
As side note the last recent deCONZ versions did lower the CPU impact for line drawing significantly by drawing them in cached images. But there is still much to do since also other parts get redrawn more often than needed, like the nodes themself.
