No vendor and image information in OTA update plugin

Hi!

I am trying to follow the instructions to update the firmware of one of my Osram on/off plugs (see here). However, all devices show up as vendor and image empty/0x000:

deconz_ota

The plug is the device starting with 7CB.

I am using Conbee III with the following software/firmware versions:

deconz_ver

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

hello, have you tried to read attributes on OTAU cluster ?
Select the cluster 0x0019, then press the “read” button.

Thanks, that did help. I managed to get values by reading in the OTA cluster, and then hitting “Query” on the OTA Update tab.
