I’m starting to play with Conbee 3 + HA + Synology DS923+ and I’ve had problems from the beginning, 90% with Conbee 3.
I installed HA Supervised, configured ZHA and managed to connect the controller to the OXT T267 roller shutter. Unfortunately, every time I try to call any function I get this error:
“niepowodzenie wykonania akcji cover/open_cover. Failed to send request: Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.APS_NO_ACK: 167>”
However, when I use physical buttons I see changes in the roller shutter position in the logs.
I ordered another 6 roller shutter controllers from another seller and the problem is the same.
