Many, many devices suddenly offline

From one moment to another almost the half of the devices are offline. We are using a ConBee II Stick. In total we have 70 devices, and many of them are 230V devices (RGB-Lamps).

In the deCONZ Container can find many logs like this:

Can anybody help?

Hello,

Connexion issues ? Are you using the cable extension ? you don’t turn off the power of some routers ?

yes we are using a cable extension. The whole system worked (more or less) well the months before.

Same for me actually. I’ve been using ConBee II on a Raspberry Pi (with the extension cable) for a few years. Recently I have added a bunch of devices (mostly bulbs/LED strips and smart plugs) and then remove a few of them from power. Afterwards my network lost most sensors (battery devices). That’s not unexpected, but I was confused why it didn’t converge again after a while (it didn’t).

Also since then I have repeatedly lost a bunch of sensors in the middle of the night.

How about “‎dresden elektronik”? Why nobody can answer our questions? Is the company still “alive”?

Yes.

But its holiday season.

I sent an email 11th of december 2024. Long holiday season…

Do remember support is not mandatory. You bought a stick, not a support contract.

I know this. And I regret to buy the sticks!
