i’m an very happy user of the Conbee II with Domoticz, but i struggle with some troubles…
I have often lost of signals, and what i mean is >
When turning on some lights or an scene (in domoticz), sometimes some lights wont turn on or goes not to its (color/dim)value.
I have some zigbee repeaters / plugs (act as repeater) etc, but still some troubles.
Is it really this signal problem, or something else?
I hope someone can help me out

Hello, you are using domoticz scene or zigbee scene ?
Can be a spam request if you make some requests too fastly and don’t use zigbee group feature.

I use scene on domoticz…
Sometimes it works on first switch, but mostly i need to turn the scene on for several times to push all lamps to its value.
Can i disable this spam detection somewhere?
Before this i used alot of 433mhz stuff and has always worked, but since i use zigbee its often that some lights stays on or does not turning on/dim after 1 click.
I cant found whats the issue in here so far.
Hope someone can found a solution.
Your domoticz scene send how much zigbee request to how much device ?
Have you try to make zigbee group using phoscon ? Groups will be visible in domoticz too, and you can send a command to a group instead of sending 5 request to 5 devices.
Oh… dear, to be honest my scene in domoticz send out to 17 devices.
this is because every device has its own color, that i set as scene in domoticz…
it is 17 devices atm, but there are many more to come.
i think when everything is finished, it will be 40/50 devices.
Is it possible to disable that spam request then?
There is none zigbee or other wifi nearby as only in our house.
btw, i have made several groups like kitchen, outside, garden, etc in phoscon itself, but i do not use these in domoticz (only to turn them off)
the reason is like i said before, i use domoticz with its color-values.
hope to see a fix for this!

Not possible to disable the spam, but try to avoid it, you can’t use a script that launch all your scenes, 1 by one every 0.5s ?
Because 50 requests in only one time, will be hard, and some request need more than 1 zigbee request ( on/off is a request and the color one more).
You realy need to change all color in same time ?
If you use the GUI, you can take a look in the log (help / debug view) with flag “error” and “error_l2”, but I m sure you will see error “busy” for exemple.

I was looking for 10 minutes at the debug view error and error_l2, but there is none error, 0, nothing.
also did a scene in domoticz for several times, but both error logs stays empty.
ofcourse there is a lot of polling stuff going on (in info and info_l2), but thats it. 
so i guess its not the spam?

Have you enabled domoticz log ? “debug info only”, I have just see some errors messages are given as return on http request, so they will be visible on domoticz logs

I made some scenes in deconz itself and use them a couple days, but the problems remains.
It’s even worser then before, some lights wont turn on at all 
I switched back to the scene / devices in domoticz…
Using raspberry 4b / 4gb (deconz image) with only as deconz gateway, cpu usage 2/3%, memory 184 of 4gb used.

Ha nope, I don’t speak about scene, but group, zigbee group, it s a zigbee feature used to send less request, 1 group request (broadcast) instead of 10 requests for the 10 devices (unicast).
But I remember now, you can’t use group because all devices need to have a different color ? You can have a group for 10 device that will work same ?
If not the only way I m seing is using a queue list, send all requests spaced by 0.5s for exemple.

Interesting subject. I will follow this with interest. Not to hi-jack this topic but I am having similar issues operating my ZigBee roller shutters. They too are not always reacting to commands from Domoticz although the shutters are activated around 5 seconds apart.

this is because i’m using a phone and tablet and getting an screen errors on this devices! how stupid…
That’s the reason i couldnt set a scene because it need an laptop or bigger screen to set it up, but my laptop is in our office far away from where i need the scenes! haha…
how is it possible to make any scene on phone and/or tablet then?
i did a try with desktop mode in chrome, but that also didnt work.

i guess most people wants to use their mobile phone to make a scene, since this is the easiest way that is IN the place where you NEED the scene without the use of a laptop?!
now i remember again, that was the main reason why i’m using the scenes from inside domoticz itself, i just couldnt create a scene in the browser on a mobile phone.
Nope scene is another thing.
I m speaking about group Phoscon App to use the zigbee group feature.
If you put 20 device in a group, you can send only 1 request for the 20 devices.
But for that you need the 20 devices need the same command, you can’t set a different color for each.

The devices are 230V devices of the type TS130F (Vendor: _TZ3000_vd43bbfq). I have ten of these in use. Two or three of them are always working. The other ones intermittently fail 
Note: the Error: Conbee2: (Conbee2) Device not ready:2 is probably caused by starting a back-up to external SSD on my Pi at that time.
