LEDVANCE Garden Pole not recognized

Hi All

Not sure where to post this. I’ve received some Garden Pole light devices from LEDVANCE, but it shows up in deconz as a ‘number’ device, but not as a real device. It does of course not show up in phoscon.
What info can I post that will help with this device?

Perhaps it’s not paired correctly. Normally, lights automatically work. Can you share a screen?

Hmm, ok, that’s odd, you are absolutely right @Mimiix , I’ve reset it again, and readded it, and now it shows up correctly. Very strange. I tried multiple times yesterday…
