Target: I want to illustrate in “Technical Security” to my students that the symmetric ZigBee Light Link key ~2013 has been a bad idea. Thus, I want to capture touchlink packets with WireShark.
I bought the ConBee III and want to flash it to set into promisc. / sniffing mode. ZShark package contains sniffer_v1_0.bin and a GCF-file for the ConBee II. The ZSharkGUI finds a ConBee (no version mentioned) on the correct COM, but aborts flashing. As CBII and CBIII have different chipsets (Atmel vs. SiLabs), I presume that this does noch work anyhow. The GCFFlasher.exe is working, but I am not sure which FW file to take… and how to “attach” it with WireShard.
Could s.o. please help me out ?
