I need help please.

Hello we need the model id/Manufacture name to say something, model brand mean nothing with tuya.

I have already done this, but here is some more information:

(Conbee II)

Switch:

  • Manufacturer name: MOES
  • Model: ZT-SR-EU4-WH
  • Info: used Tuya
  • Protocol: Zigbee 3.0

Nope, this is that you have written on the box, it’s useless, Tuya can wrote the same thing and put different hardware inside.

I didn’t write anything about Tuya in the first message, but the brand and the model

Moes is Tuya, like 20/30 other brands with 200/300 clones.
“Tuya” on a device is like writing “liquid” on a bottle, can be anything.
