Humidity Sensor Shows in DeConz but not Available?

However when trying to use it in Phoscon it says it’s not available.

I am using a Conbee II, is there a way to force the connection?

Can you share some logs? In #deconz you can find out how to make them.

I think you need to re-pair it.

Can you:

Start logging
Start searching for new devices in Phoscon
Reset the Aqara Humidity sensor by holding the reset button
See what happens.

Share the log if it says fail or succeed.

Thanks, I will try this later as it has worked before.

However, it seems to happen every 2 or 3 days and need re-pairing.

Is it a sensor issue?

The logs would indicate something. How far away are you using it?

It’s just in the next room, maybe 10 metres.

I will repair and log later.
