Hue Tap Dial strange dimming behavior

Hey everyone,

I have a strange dimming behavior with my hue tap dial. While dimming darker or brighter, the light dimms accordingly but then jumps 20, 40 or more percent higher until 100%.

I tested the dimmer with a third party zigbee cct led controller and a hue e27 white and color 804 lumen bulb. both with the same result. I testes with all possible dimming steps 5-10-25 and 50%.
Do I have to make other changes?

Are you able to dim properly using the rest api?

The Dimming via the Api/App works normal.

I purchaced a new hue tap dial switch for testing, but its the same strange behavior.

When debugging with the Rest-API in the Phoscon App, I can see that every button press from the tap dial switch is recognized, but the rotary events are just like coincidence that phoscon recognize the event.

Thanks for the info. We will do some tests with the switch and check what the problem could be.

So we found some problems with the switch editor and the created rules for the hue tap dial and will fix it soon.
