How is mutation of homekit accessories supposed to work?

I have my RaspBee II working with the deconz supplied Pi “homebridge-hue” O/S image.

I’ve added the bridge to HomeKit, and set up my accessories through the Apple app - all good.

I’ve now purchased a new sensor, and want to add it to my network.

The new sensor added to deCONZ fine. I can see it in the Phoscon web app.

How do I push this new sensor through to HomeKit without resetting my entire homekit setup?
