How add Sonoff Zigbee Stick as Router?

I flashed a Sonoff Zigbee Stick as a router. How do I get this paired in Phoscon?

I tried that, but unfortunately it didn’t work.
After flashing, the pairing mode on the Sonoff Stick should start immediately.

Or do I have to start the pairing mode on the Sonoff Stick? But how?
