I have two FLS-M units purchased this past spring which are no longer able to power from VIN.
- Units power up if connected to computer via USB-C. I’m able to load firmware from, and flash to the device.
- No lights, or Zigbee connectivity when powered via VIN (from 24v Meanwell PSU).
- I’ve tried various resetting procedures (11000, etc), but nothing I’ve tried fixes this.
One of the devices experienced this issue while I was wiring for installation, it’s not impossible I accidentally reversed polarity, though that would be a first for me in many years of professional LED installation.
However, the 2nd device was installed and working for a few months before it stopped functioning.
I’ve reached out to support via email, but have not had a reply to my original email or follow-ups.
