I’m trying to understand if deCONZ supports setting a start brightness level for a dimmable bulb. My specific device is a Sengled e13-a21 dimmable smart bulb but I’d expect this to be a general capability.
Attribute 0x011 in the Level Control cluster is writable and when I set a value there via the deCONZ gui it works great. However I can’t find any reference to this capability being exposed in the REST API and therefore more simply adjusted than using the deCONZ gui.
