Devices dosnt reconnect after power-out

Hi guys,

Last night i had a power outage, and after deconz started up, only a few battery driven devices connected, and i have alot more, both battery and wired devices.

The only errors i see is logs like:

08:45:21:029 max transmit errors for node 0x842E14FFFE5BB0EC, last seen by neighbors 97 s

My map where you can see alot of devices not connecting:

Deconz log: [deconzcommunity/deconz] Starting deCONZ...[deconzcommunity/deconz] Current de - Pastebin.com

Info:

  • Device firmware version 0x26780700 ConBee II
  • Latest version of the docker image.
  • Tried restoring from a backup

Not sure how to fix? i would really not like to reset 40 ish bulbs

Hello

[deconzcommunity/deconz] Using options --auto-connect=1 --appdata=/opt/deCONZ --dbg-info=1 --dbg-aps=1 --dbg-zcl=1 --dbg-ddf=0 --dbg-dev=0 --dbg-zdp=1 --dbg-ota=0 --dbg-error=0 --dbg-http=0 --dev-test-managed=0 --http-port=1337 --ws-port=1338

Pls try with at least -dbg-error=2 --dbg-info=2

More logs:

note that i started to re-add the “crucials”

And you miss somes routers and sensors ?
Because I don’t see anything special and you have some websocket return for various devices, for exemple

Remember some Aqara sensors can leave the network if they are without parent too long time, and on your network capture all routers seem here (the name is not grayed)

About the “max transmit errors”, for me it’s just at start, it seem deconz is spamming request, but for me will be fine after a time

As you can see from the screenshot, yes im missing everything besides the 4 devices

My devices are primarily ikea bulbs

lol, ha ok so the one present in log are exaclty the one with “green lines” ?
But names are not grayed, they are not working too, it’s not just “visual” ?

It look like a zigbee network problem, but you haven’t something about that on logs.
Nothing more on logs after 20 mn ? (can just check, no need a complete log), for exemple

  • Error about zigbee config
  • A special router that are still not responding
  • If deconz is still spamming a device

Nothing special on cpu usage ?

Have you tried to just set the zigbee network in permit join and powercycle your routers (wired devices) ?

Hi again,

I ended up resetting all devices, my girlfriend got tired of sleeping with the lights on.

When the issue were there, i checked the config as you’re linking, and it was fine, tried to select a different one but it was the same.

Tried rebooting the devices that have static power, none rejoined.

And yes there is plenty of logs, just more than pastebin allowed

My only theory is that the power outage was flickering, causing a reset of devices, but then it dosnt make sense that nearby battery devices have the same problem.

And if all devices had left the network, the name would be grayed out on the GUI, but can take time.
