Deconz with a Conbee3 and da423+

Hello,

I have recently purchased a conbee3 to plug into my synology ds423+.

I have enabled the USB so that it appears as ttyUSB0 in /dev and I have setup a container for deconz and set the DECONZ_BAUDRATE to 115200 however when I try and start deconz it is not finding the conbee3. Just an phoscon logo. Any advice on where to look?
