Deconz service does not start after upgrade on rasbian buster headless

Hi, i am using the Raspbian Buster Headless Image on a raspberry pi 3. After an apt-get upgrade the deconz service fails to start. If I run

/usr/bin/deCONZ -platform minimal --dbg-aps=2 --dbg-info=2 --dbg-error=2

I get the message

Illegal instruction

I don’t have know how to solve this situation. Any clues to where to start?

I solved the issue by switching from the beta to the stable branch
