Conbee3-Bosch Integration

Hi everyone,

I hope you can help me :slight_smile:
i just bought a Conbee3 to connect my HUE devices and Bosch devices to Home Assistant.

Regarding HUE no problem at all easy. With Bosh at the moment I cannot connect.

Iv read that trough DDF is possible to enable the connectivity of different devices. Is this will resolve the connectivity issues with BOSCH?

I was also looking at the manual of DECONZ App, the manual shows that is possible to import easily DDF file trough the tab Device Integrations. The problem is that when I lunch DECONZ App i cannot see this tab. Any suggestions?

Actually I found the tap device integrations. there I imported the DDF file form the Bosch Thermostat but I still not find it :frowning:

These need to be paired with an install code using the rest api.

How looks like the process? I need to pairing with RestApi and then utilize the DDF or?

Hi,

First do the api call, then pair the device.

Ddf should not be needed

And what the DDF from Bosch is needed for then?

For support. But chances are the DDF is already included in the installation.
