Conbee2 Qnap not found nothing

Hi;

I have install conbee2 in QNAP nas; Use container, and everything was ok; I can access now to the phoscom app; search lights…nothing, search aquara sensor…nothing.

Conbee it’s firmware connected

Ok, then I open Deconz and nothing to connect; I open Deconz via vnc and shows conbee connected.

Then, I have tried a windows installation, and everything works; back to qnap Nas, and the same, conbee 2 it’s detected by the Nas, I see the firmware version in the phoscom app, but nothing it’s detected.
Please, Help!

First screenshot is vnc viewer; the second is deconz, and nothing happens, no way to connect. No show network.
Next I show net Nas network settings and conbee2 firmware connected

I’m lost

I will return the conbee 2 and try whit the sonoff; perhaps will have more luck.

I’m really upset with the Qnap issue, but…I have an old raspberry pi. A windows PC setup is no an option, but raspberry is fine; I will update you if it’s works, of course it doesn’t works…

In qnap club Spain, somebody post this:

I used to run deconz on my qnap nas (in a docker) without any problems:

docker run -d --name=deconz --privileged --restart=unless-stopped -e DECONZ_WEB_PORT=880 -e DECONZ_WS_PORT=8443 -itd -v /share/Container/deCONZ:/opt/deCONZ -e DECONZ_DEVICE=/dev/ttyACM0 -e DECONZ_VNC_MODE=1 --net=host -e variable=TZ -e value=Europe/Amsterdam --device=/dev/ttyACM0 deconzcommunity/deconz:2.17.01

Off course you can also use docker compose. Please note that the docker of Marthoc is not updated anymore. Use the one in this message.

Thanks, but filnally I ended running conbee2 in an old raspberry pi and home assistant in qnap docker.

In the raspberry all was faultlessly, easy peasy
