Conbee II seems working but not

I have installed the deconz plugin on raspbian buster and all seems working but impossible to see any aqara device on phoscon application.

I have try to add the device with the 3 second push the bottum on the aquara but nothing. I have test door sensor and temperature.

Can you help me ?

Can you share some logs while pairing? Theres a guide in #deconz :slight_smile:

3s look short for me, you need to have 3 blinks then 2 blinks.
Try to make short press on the reset buton every second, after the 5 blinks to pevent the device go to sleep.

If it s your first device, try first on PC, you will have logs easily, and can check faster firmware issue.
