What are compatible/working remote controls for controlling RGB and CCT lights on Conbee 2? The remote should have four groups or more.
What is the situation on this with Conbee 3?
If I m right the RGB control is not possible “natively” with battery remote, so the magic is not from the remote but the third app.
Ah, do you mean that for example MiBoxer’s remote’s those features work only with MiBoxers hubs?
Nope.
Temperature control or level control is something native, make a zigbee group, put inside the remote and light, and all will work, even without gateway.
But not sure it will be same for color, never tried on my side.
But the problem is not from the remote, you can control a rgb bulb with a temperature sensor if you want, the third app receive the remote information, can “make magic” and convert information to color request to the bulb.
But I will make short, there is almost no remote managed with deconz with RGB control.
I know only the “ZBT-Remote-ALL-RGBW” that return state/x, state/y and state/angle.
