Can't pair with LIVARNO home Window Covering device

Hello lovely people,

I bought a LIVARNO home Window Covering device from lidl since I saw it should be compatible because it got merged in this PR on version v2.25.2.
I have the Conbee II with the version v2.28.1 but I can’t connect to the blinds. It just don’t find it when I try to add new windows covering device via the Phoscon App. The device is obviously in pairing mode. Is there any know issue with that? Can I somehow try to debug it to see if the device Zigbee is working at all (something like a log of all Zigbee messages). I don’t completely understand how Zigbee works in the background so please be gentle with me. But I want to learn.
If there is anything more I can share about my environment please tell me. I hope you guys can help me. I don’t want to buy another Zigbee hub ^^

Can you share a screenshot of deconz?

Perhaps yours is not supported yet as tuya (livarno) tends to switch chips inside.

How can I check if I have a device with an changed unsupported chip?

Can you give at least the manufacture name and the model ID ? From Deconz, not from the package.

I can‘t see any information of the device in deconz since it doesn‘t find the device at all. Or is there a trick i don‘t know?

Are you looking at deconz or phoscon?

I want to see a screen of the device map

All zigbee device can be included in deconz, but only “supported” devices can be visible on the API (so phocon or other third app)

Okay here is a screenshot of the device map. I can’t identify the 0x5acf device. Maybe that’s the device. Is the map showing every ZigBee device even without pairing?

It is paired, just not shown in the api.

That means it has a new chip.

I recommend opening a device request on GitHub with the required screenshots.
