Can't connect to USB Combee 2

First timer here!

Got it working. But now I can’t connect ( the connect never highlights ).

Any suggestions appreciated

Yes, have you a firmware number displayed on Phoscon/gateway ?
Are you using the USB extension cable ?
Some logs ?
