Can't connect to Conbee II via deCONZ

I wanted to register with the Conbee II via deconz. I always get the following error message in the log.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you have a look at this ? After a sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade and a reboot deconz no longer connects to the conbee 2 · Issue #6937 · dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin · GitHub

Do you have any other Zigbee software running that uses the conbee?
