Cannot add new sensor

Hi there,

I am encountering a curious issue at the moment. I have changed my setup and have deConz now running successfully in a Docker container on my new Raspberry Pi (Conbee II stick). I managed to restore a backup and my existing sensors are showing up just fine. However, I seem to be missing one (Aqare temp. sensor).

When I try to add that sensor, it is recognized and I get the “Ready” button - but clicking that one just brings me back to the overview of existing sensors. Afterwards the new sensor is neither shown on Phoscon nor deConz. I am a bit lost now, any ideas what the issue might be?

Try to look at this : I can't find any zegbee device from my raspberry - #4 by MaxZedozer

Maybe your sensor have the same issue as aqara sensors and switches.

Do you have multiple tabs of Phoscon open?

If so, close them and try again :slight_smile:

Hi,

thanks for the hints! I tried both, but had no success:

  • Closed browser, and also tried adding sensor from different devices - no success
  • Tried with 2.12.06 version in docker - same behavior. Different to the issue mentioned above my sensor does not show up in deconz as a node, either.

Any further ideas or tips?
