Can‘t pair Philips switch anymore

Hello,
Unfortunately I can no longer connect Philips switches to the gateway.
Despite resetting the switch, a connection is no longer possible.
A connection is still possible via the Philips Bridge - just not via Phoscon.
I tried using Raspbee and Conbee III - even with an empty configuration. but nothing works.
Is this a known problem of the 2.27 version?
